7Road Holdings Limited disclosed on 17 April 2026 that it has repurchased 1.18 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 8 and 17 April 2026. The repurchases, all earmarked for cancellation but not yet cancelled, were executed at prices ranging from HKD 0.70 to HKD 0.75 per share, involving total consideration of approximately HKD 0.84 million (about 0.84 million).
The latest transaction occurred on 17 April 2026, when 54,000 shares were bought back at between HKD 0.74 and HKD 0.75 per share for HKD 0.04 million. Despite the series of buybacks, 7ROAD’s issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares, as none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled as of the reporting date. No treasury shares are currently held.
Under the general mandate approved on 20 May 2025, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 275.32 million shares. To date, 7ROAD has utilised 0.43% of that limit, equal to 0.0428% of its existing issued shares.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 17 May 2026.
