CIG (06166) announced that, according to an announcement issued on January 9, 2026, by the office of the national leading group for the administration of high-tech enterprise certification regarding the filing of high-tech enterprises recognized by the Zhejiang provincial certification body in 2025, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Certification of High-Tech Enterprises" and the "Guidelines for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Certification," the company's controlled subsidiary, Zhejiang Cambridge Communication Equipment Co., Ltd., has successfully passed the high-tech enterprise certification and been included in the filing list.

This marks the first time that Zhejiang Cambridge has obtained high-tech enterprise certification. According to the Corporate Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant national tax policies for high-tech enterprises, Zhejiang Cambridge will be eligible for preferential tax policies for three consecutive years (from 2025 to 2027) following its certification, specifically paying corporate income tax at a reduced rate of 15%.

This certification signifies that Zhejiang Cambridge has gained recognition from relevant national authorities for its technological research and development, innovation capabilities, and the transformation of core technologies. It is conducive to enhancing the subsidiary's market competitiveness and industry influence, playing a positive role in its sustained and healthy development.

Zhejiang Cambridge will apply the 15% corporate income tax rate starting from the 2025 fiscal year. The acquisition of this high-tech enterprise certification is not expected to impact the company's operating performance for the year 2025.
