KAFELAKU COFFEE Holdings (01869) announced that the company has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Yinzhe Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinzhe Technology"). Based on this memorandum of understanding, both parties will leverage their respective platform resource advantages to comprehensively explore cooperation intentions, with cooperation methods and other related terms to be further negotiated and formalized through official cooperation agreements.

The announcement stated that the board of directors believes this memorandum will not only benefit the optimization and upgrading of the listed company's original strategic planning, but also expand the listed company's development space in supply chain, product line sales, big data, digital technology services and other fields, bringing new development opportunities to the company.
