China Technology Industry Group Limited (8111) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, China Technology Industry Investment Limited (CTIIL), entered into an inspection and maintenance services agreement on 31 October 2025 with Ngolam Technology Limited. According to the announcement, CTIIL will provide inspection, maintenance, repair, technical support, and cleaning services for the solar panel power generation equipment of Ngolam’s customers.
Ngolam is wholly owned by Mr. Chan Kwok Shing and is principally engaged in architecture and engineering activities. CTIIL will ensure the normal operation of customers’ solar panel facilities under an initial two-year term, with an automatic renewal for another two years unless either party gives three months’ written notice before the initial period’s expiry. The customer list covered by the agreement can be expanded but not reduced during the contract’s initial term.
Service fees will include a fixed annual fee per customer, payable monthly, covering two rounds of services per year. Additional fees will apply for extra inspection, cleaning, or repair needs, while replacement parts or equipment will be quoted separately. It was noted that the arrangement is expected to generate a stable annual income of not less than HK$5 million during the initial term.
The board of directors stated that the agreement aligns with the company’s existing strategic objectives in new energy power system services, expanding its business scope in Hong Kong by establishing a dedicated inspection and maintenance services segment.
