Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited (the “Company”, stock code: 3858) announced that Ms. Liu Wenjing has tendered her resignation as company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and secretary of the board, effective 28 February 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Liu confirmed no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring further attention.

The Company further announced the appointment of Ms. Chan Ching Nga as company secretary and authorized representative, also effective 28 February 2026. Ms. Chan brings over 20 years of experience in company secretarial and corporate governance, currently serving as a Senior Manager, Entity Solutions, at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. She holds a master’s degree in corporate governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is an associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Liu for her contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Chan in her new role.
