For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2024, Hayward posted net sales of $327.1 million, a 17% year-over-year increase, fueled by higher volumes, price increases, and the positive impact of acquisitions. The company's net income soared 76% to $54.7 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, compared to the prior-year period.

The strong performance was driven by solid execution across various fronts, including operational efficiencies, price realization, and continued adoption of Hayward's leading SmartPad™ pool equipment products.
