K2 F&B Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2108) announced that its company secretary and authorized representative under the Listing Rules, Mr. Man Yun Wah, will cease his roles effective from November 13, 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Man will be succeeded by Ms. Lam Wing Chi, who meets the professional qualification requirements under the applicable regulations.

Ms. Lam is a Director of Corporate Secretarial Services at InCorp Hong Kong and has over 12 years of corporate secretarial and compliance experience. She has provided professional services to Hong Kong–listed entities as well as multinational, private, and offshore firms. Ms. Lam is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and an Associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
