SINOHYTEC (02402) announced that The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has confirmed that Mr. Kang Zhi meets the qualifications to serve as the company's Company Secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. Mr. Liu Guoxian has submitted his resignation as the company's Co-Company Secretary and as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from February 2, 2026. Following Mr. Liu's resignation, Mr. Kang will continue to serve as the company's sole Company Secretary. The Board of Directors further announced that Mr. Kang has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective from February 2, 2026. Mr. Liu has been appointed as an alternate to Mr. Kang in his capacity as authorized representative, effective from the same date, February 2, 2026.
