On May 29, the Dali Prefecture Branch of the People's Bank of China disclosed a penalty decision against Yunnan Dali Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. The bank was issued a warning and fined 703,000 yuan for multiple violations, including failure to comply with network security management regulations, breaches of anti-counterfeit currency business management rules, and non-compliance with regulations on the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information. Additionally, the bank was penalized for providing services and conducting transactions with clients whose identities could not be verified.
