Ling Yui to Hold 18 June 2026 EGM for Proposed Company Name Change

Bulletin Express
06/02

Ling Yui Holdings Limited has issued a formal proxy notice for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled on 18 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m., to be convened at 35/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The single agenda item is a special resolution seeking shareholder approval for the “Proposed Change of Company Name.” If sanctioned, directors will be authorised to execute all actions necessary to implement the new name.

Shareholders recorded on the register are entitled to appoint a proxy—who need not be a company shareholder—to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxy forms, together with any requisite authority documents, must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), no later than 48 hours before the meeting time or any adjourned session.

Completion and submission of a proxy form will not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting in person; personal attendance will automatically revoke any previously submitted proxy.

The meeting notice and full text of the special resolution were distributed on 2 June 2026.
