Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 15,300 of its ordinary shares on Mar, 23 2026 at a price of US$72.12 per share.

The company said the shares bought back will be cancelled.

Following the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital stands at 294,213,730 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, and the company holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders may use the updated share count as the denominator when calculating any disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
