Impro Precision Industries Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return for April 2026 that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the period.
The company’s authorised share capital stood at 13.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, representing HKD 1.35 billion in total. No increase or decrease was recorded.
Issued share capital also stayed flat at 1.89 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares, excluding treasury stock, were unchanged at 1.89 billion.
