Sing Investments & Finance Limited (S35) reported that all eight resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by poll. Shareholders voted 99.98% in favour of adopting the FY2025 Directors’ Statement and audited accounts. Directors’ fees of 0.46 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 were endorsed with 99.98% support.
A first and final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 7.5 Singapore cents per share was backed by 99.99% of votes; the payout is scheduled for May, 11 2026 with a record date of Apr, 29 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Executive Director Lee Sze Siong and Independent Director Joseph Toh Kian Leong were re-elected with 99.98% and 99.91% approval, respectively.
Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as external auditor for the next financial year, receiving 99.98% support.
Special business resolutions also passed: • A general mandate allowing directors to issue new shares or convertible instruments up to 50% of issued capital (20% non-pro-rata) was approved by 99.06% of votes. • Authority to issue shares under the Sing Investments & Finance Limited Performance Share Plan 2020—capped at 15% of issued shares—garnered 98.15% support.
The meeting, held at Capital Tower, Singapore, concluded at 5:32 p.m. after the poll results were announced.
