CHINASOFT INT'L (00354) announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Kaihong") and Loongson Technology Corporation Limited ("Loongson"). The collaboration aims to establish the "Loonghong System," a fully autonomous technology chain centered on "OpenHarmony + LoongArch."
The three parties will leverage their complementary strengths: CHINASOFT INT'L contributes software applications, system integration, and global market expansion capabilities; Shenzhen Kaihong provides OpenHarmony's full-scenario coverage, distributed architecture, and real-time low-latency technologies; while Loongson supports the initiative with its LoongArch self-developed instruction set chips and foundational solutions. The partnership will deepen synergy across four dimensions—technology, products, markets, and ecosystem—to accelerate industrialization of the Loonghong System.
On the technology front, the alliance will focus on optimizing the "LoongArch chip + KaihongOS" integration, enhancing performance and stability while formulating a joint technical roadmap. A dedicated R&D team will tackle kernel adaptation, driver development, performance optimization, security hardening, and AI integration, supported by a validation and testing platform to standardize outcomes.
Product-wise, the collaboration targets industrial control, government office systems, and smart public services, developing edge computing gateways, AI terminals, and customized solutions to address gaps in fully autonomous product chains. Market efforts will prioritize domestic adoption in key regions like Shenzhen, Beijing, and Jiangsu, alongside global expansion to boost international competitiveness.
Ecosystem development includes open-source community participation, industry standard formulation, and technical interface standardization. Joint events like tech seminars and developer conferences will foster the "OpenHarmony + LoongArch" ecosystem.
The Loonghong System represents a closed-loop, self-controlled technology stack from chip to application layers, anchored by LoongArch's hardware architecture and OpenHarmony's OS foundation. Designed for critical national information infrastructure, it provides system-level secure solutions to safeguard digital sovereignty and cybersecurity.
CHINASOFT INT'L believes this tripartite cooperation will accelerate large-scale adoption of autonomous IT systems, delivering long-term shareholder value while advancing China's technological self-reliance.
