Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 25,000 ordinary shares on Jan, 19 2026 at a price of US$74.727 per share.

The company will cancel the repurchased shares, leaving 295,626,978 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right.

Jardine Matheson confirmed it holds no treasury shares and reminded shareholders to use the updated share count when assessing disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
