Wedbush Securities analysts stated that Apple's artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives are expected to be a major focus during the company's upcoming quarterly earnings call. The tech giant is reportedly seeking to enhance Siri to drive its AI strategy forward and has selected Google's Gemini model to power the new version.

They mentioned that Apple has also recently hired a key AI researcher and expanded the responsibilities of its Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering to now include design work.

These analysts remarked, "It is now time for Apple to lay out a blueprint to accelerate its AI strategy by 2026," pointing out that they believe management can continue to reposition the company to make significant progress in the AI domain.
