K & P International Holdings Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (collectively termed “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.kpihl.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held via CCASS—can obtain hard-copy versions by completing the enclosed request form and mailing it to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Postage is prepaid within Hong Kong when the provided mailing label is used.

Submitting the request form will apply the shareholder’s preference for printed copies to all future corporate communications unless the registrar is notified otherwise or the shareholder disposes of all holdings.
