Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, meeting notice and proxy form in both English and Chinese. All documents can now be accessed on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.hongdau.com.hk).

In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paper-reduction initiative (Listing Rule 2.07 effective 31 December 2023), Unity Enterprise will henceforth distribute all corporate communications exclusively through electronic channels. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services—to receive timely publication alerts.

Key implementation details • If no email address is supplied, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites themselves; actionable corporate communications will continue to be posted in hard-copy form until an email address is registered. • Printed copies of future corporate or actionable communications are available on request; each request remains valid for one year from the date of receipt. • Shareholders experiencing difficulty accessing online documents can request free printed copies by emailing unityenterprise.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the share registrar at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
