OUE Limited (LJ3) announced on Mar, 30 2026 that it expects a material variance between its unaudited interim and forthcoming audited FY2025 financial statements, citing a roughly 58 million Singapore dollars reduction in its share of losses from its 29.07 %-owned associate Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited.

The adjustment follows the release of Gemdale’s FY2025 audited results on Mar, 30 2026. OUE Limited said the final audited group accounts for FY2025 will be published via SGXNET in due course and advised investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
