MOBI DEV (00947) Expects 2025 Net Loss of RMB90.00 Million to RMB100.00 Million

MOBI DEV (00947) announced that its unaudited consolidated net loss for the year ended 31 December 2025 is expected to range from approximately RMB90.00 million to RMB100.00 million, easing from the net loss of about RMB120.53 million recorded in the same period in 2024.

The lower projected loss is primarily attributed to a drop in domestic operators’ demand for network construction, alongside global geopolitical factors that caused delivery volumes to fall below expectations. Furthermore, the continued rise in bulk metal raw material prices—such as copper, aluminum, and silver—placed additional pressure on gross profit margins, while fluctuations in USD exchange rates led to exchange losses on USD-denominated assets.

Management asserts that finances and working capital remain sound. In response to cyclical industry fluctuations, the enterprise is focusing on diversifying its product offerings and expanding global customer channels. The firm has introduced new items such as WIFI-based dielectric filters, ceramic antennas, and positioning modules, completing sample submission and certification for customers. These new lines, along with ongoing partnerships in satellite communications, are expected to drive future growth, with large-scale sales anticipated in 2026.

As the results have yet to be audited, shareholders and potential investors are advised to refer to the final financial figures, which are expected to be published in late March 2026. Exercise caution when dealing in the enterprise’s shares.
