The transferred holdings had a market value of approximately 39.06 million Hong Kong dollars, representing a 5.54% stake in the company.

In its financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, POLY XVERSE IT reported revenues of 382 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 25.9% year-on-year. The loss attributable to the company's owners widened to 92.83 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 27.1% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was 42.1 Hong Kong cents.
