LDROBOT Makes Debut on Hong Kong Exchange, Shares Soar Over 100% at Opening

LDROBOT (01236) commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company set the issue price at HKD 26.36 per share, offering a total of 33,333,400 shares, with each board lot comprising 200 shares. The net proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HKD 807 million.

At the time of reporting, the stock surged 102.96% to HKD 53.5, with a turnover of HKD 402 million.

According to its prospectus, LDROBOT is a globally leading full-stack intelligent robotics company built on perceptual intelligence. The company has developed an intelligent robotics infrastructure centered on visual perception technology, enabling a wide range of smart robotics applications. It provides both visual perception products and complete intelligent robotic systems. In 2024, the number of intelligent robots equipped with the company's visual perception technology exceeded 6 million units. Data from CIC indicates that based on 2024 revenue, LDROBOT is the world's largest intelligent robotics company focused on visual perception technology.

Financially, LDROBOT has demonstrated a consistent pattern over the past three years: sustained high revenue growth, accelerating profitability, and steadily improving operational quality. The company's revenue reached RMB 277 million in 2023, increased to RMB 467 million in 2024—a significant 69% year-on-year growth—and further climbed to RMB 748 million in 2025, representing a 60% increase. Revenue primarily stems from two core business segments: sales of visual perception products and robotic lawn mowers. Notably, the proportion of overseas revenue rose substantially from 4% in 2024 to 18.4% in 2025, highlighting significant progress in international market expansion.
