China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT Pharma) reported a leadership change effective 3 July 2026. Chief Executive Officer Zhang Bozhi has resigned to focus on personal affairs and no longer holds any position within the Group. The Board stated that Zhang has no disagreements with management and that no matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. Gratitude was expressed for his contributions during his tenure.

Andy Ching Kit Ng, aged 35, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer, also effective 3 July 2026. Ng holds nearly 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including roles in Pfizer Hanhui’s pharmaceutical business unit and GlaxoSmithKline’s vaccine division. Since joining NT Pharma in 2018, he has served in key positions such as international business manager and general manager, most recently leading the international business department of an associate of the Group from August 2020 to December 2024.

The new CEO is closely connected to NT Pharma’s controlling shareholders: he is the son of Chairman and executive director Ng Tit and non-executive director Chin Yu, the brother of executive director Ng Anna Ching Mei, and the nephew of non-executive director Dr. Qian Wei. The company confirmed that, apart from these family ties, Ng has no other relationships with directors, senior management or substantial shareholders, holds no shares in NT Pharma or its associated corporations, and has held no directorships in other listed companies during the past three years.

NT Pharma indicated that Ng will spearhead the development of a new business model, implement an advanced commercial framework for pharmaceutical technologies and establish a next-generation operating structure to drive the Group’s future growth.
