GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. (the 「Company」) announced an issuance and allotment of 13,386,000 new H shares on 21 October 2025 upon the full exercise of an over-allotment option. The shares were issued at HKD 20.39 each.

Before this issuance, the total number of issued shares was 356,980,630, comprising 324,643,020 H shares and 32,337,610 unlisted shares. Following the new allotment, the total number of H shares increased from 324,643,020 to 338,029,020, representing approximately a 4.1% expansion of the issued H shares. The exercise of the over-allotment option occurred on 21 October 2025, and all relevant authorizations and listing procedures were confirmed in compliance with applicable regulations.
