Litu Holdings Limited released a shareholder notice dated 14 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report have been published on both the company’s website (www.lituholdings.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through CCASS participants—are encouraged to access the digital (“Website Version”) documents. Shareholders who experience difficulties with online access, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1008-ecom@vistra.com. Printed versions will be provided free of charge upon request.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, circulars, ESG reports and other actionable materials—exclusively in electronic format should supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, or other CCASS intermediary. Until a valid email is provided, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.
