Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed report enclosed with the notice.

The company encourages shareholders to access the online version of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications to enhance speed and environmental efficiency. Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access can request printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 1397-ecom@vistra.com.

Baguio Green Group also reiterated the importance of maintaining an up-to-date, functional email address. Until shareholders provide such an address, the company will dispatch future publication notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form only. The communication preference indicated on the reply form will remain effective for all subsequent corporate documents until the earlier of a written change request or 31 December 2027.
