Recently, Zhang Zetian, wife of JD.com founder Richard Liu, shared birthday celebration photos on her personal social media. She captioned the post, "Thank you for all the blessings. Simple joys are the best. This year’s '18th birthday' went by so quickly..."

Notably, her husband Richard Liu was absent from all three birthday photos.

In October, photos surfaced online showing Liu and Zhang attending a meeting together in South Korea. The images depicted Liu in a suit sitting beside Zhang. Their last public appearance together was in Malta back in May.

On November 17, Liu attended JD.com’s third wine-tasting event, where he promoted "7FRESH Coffee" alongside company executives and even cooked two signature dishes from Suqian. During the event, Liu affectionately mentioned, "Over the past 12 years, my wife (Zhang Zetian) and I have traveled the world for work, and our top choice has always been Rosewood."

Meanwhile, Zhang recently embraced a new role as guest editor for "VOGUE Art," gracing the magazine’s cover and appearing at the UCCA Gala dinner in Shanghai. Her activities have frequently trended on social media.

In January 2024, the Hurun Alumni List ranked Zhang third among Tsinghua University’s outstanding alumni, with a net worth of 60 billion yuan. Hurun noted that the figure represents the combined wealth of Liu and Zhang, as they were listed as a couple on the 2023 Hurun Rich List.
