Zhuang Jiyong has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment (00339), effective January 8, 2026. Sun Bo has stepped down from his role as Chairman and will no longer serve as an Authorized Representative and Service Agent; however, he will continue his duties as an Executive Director, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and the sole director of a subsidiary company. Mr. Zhuang has been appointed as the Authorized Representative and Service Agent, succeeding Mr. Sun.
