Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. said on Feb, 04 2026 that its 71% indirectly owned unit, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd. (KPSB), has received a winding-up petition from F&C Steel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

The petition, set for hearing on Apr, 27 2026, seeks approximately 0.06 million Singapore dollars for work performed, together with interest and costs.

The group is obtaining legal advice and does not expect the case to have a material impact on earnings per share or net tangible assets for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

Kingsmen Creatives added that none of its directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders has any interest in the matter beyond their existing shareholdings and directorships in the group.
