Prime US REIT announced an actual advanced distribution of US 0.24 cent per unit for the period from Jul, 01 2025 to Oct, 05 2025.

The payout, comprising solely tax-exempt income, will be made on Nov, 14 2025 to unitholders whose Central Depository accounts are credited with units as of 5:00 p.m. on Oct, 03 2025. Units issued under the recent private placement are not entitled to this distribution.

The next distribution will cover the period from Oct, 06 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, after which Prime US REIT will revert to semi-annual distributions.
