Lumexa Imaging Holdings' stock plummeted 24.05% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results.
The sharp decline came after the company reported a quarterly adjusted loss of $0.20 per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of a $0.07 profit by 381.69 percent. While quarterly sales of $267.734 million beat estimates by 2.50 percent, the significant earnings miss appears to be the primary driver behind the stock's severe sell-off.
The company also reported a net loss of $0.38 per diluted share for the quarter, widening from a loss of $0.36 per share a year earlier. Despite the quarterly setback, Lumexa Imaging reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting adjusted EPS of $0.71 to $0.77 per share and consolidated revenues of $1.045 to $1.097 billion.
