Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (stock code: 00310) will change its branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong with effect from 20 February 2026. The new service provider will be Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road in Hong Kong.

According to the announcement dated 6 February 2026, the final date for share certificate collection at the current registrar is 19 February 2026 by 4:30 p.m. Any uncollected certificates after that time are to be retrieved from Tricor Investor Services Limited from 20 February 2026 onwards.

The board of Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited consists of one executive director, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
