The adjustments derived from two zero-coupon mandatory convertible bonds. The first tranche (maturing 78 months from 30 June 2025) involved 169.30 million new shares at HKD 2.60 each, representing 0.41% of the existing share base. The second tranche (maturing 114 months from 30 June 2025) involved 0.02 million new shares at HKD 10.00 each, attributable to 0.00004% of the existing share base.
