CNBM (03323) has issued an announcement stating that, with registration approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission under Document No. 2087 of 2026, China National Building Material Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") has been permitted to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors with a total face value of no more than RMB 10 billion, to be issued in tranches, of which the 2026 public issuance of science and technology innovation renewable corporate bonds to professional investors (second tranche) (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Bonds") has an issuance size of no more than RMB 2 billion.

The Current Bonds are divided into two types, with Type One having a term of 3+N years and Type Two having a term of 5+N years. The Current Bonds include a reallocation option between the types, with no restriction on the reallocation ratio, and the Issuer and the bookrunner will, based on the subscription situation for the Current Bonds and within the total issuance size, decide through mutual agreement whether to exercise the reallocation option between the types.

On October 15, 2026, the Issuer and the lead underwriter conducted offline inquiries with professional institutional investors regarding the coupon rates. Based on the results of the offline inquiries from professional institutional investors and through mutual agreement between the Issuer and the lead underwriter, the coupon rate for Type One of the Current Bonds was ultimately set at 1.60%, and the coupon rate for Type Two was set at 1.70%.

The Issuer will issue the Current Bonds offline to professional institutional investors on October 16, 2026, at the above coupon rates.
