Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited announced that its board has declared an interim one-tier tax-exempt dividend of US$0.28 per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The company said its share transfer books and register of members will close from 5:00 p.m. on Sep, 02 2026 to Sep, 03 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlement. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository are credited with Jardine Cycle & Carriage shares as of the Sep, 02 2026 record date will qualify for the payout.

The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on Oct, 05 2026. The company will not offer a Singapore-dollar currency election; however, depositors using the Central Depository’s direct crediting service will automatically receive the payment in Singapore dollars unless they opt out of the currency conversion service at least three business days before the payment date.
