The contracted sales area totaled around 314,800 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB7,900 per square meter.

From January 1 to November 30, 2025, the cumulative contracted sales reached approximately RMB23.79 billion. The total contracted sales area amounted to about 1.959 million square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB12,100 per square meter.
