WISDOM EDU INTL (06068) announced that on October 1, 2025, Dongguan Ruixing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a management service agreement for Yunfu High School with Yunfu Guangming School. Under the agreement, Dongguan Ruixing will provide management services for Yunfu High School. The initial term of the agreement runs from October 1, 2025, through August 31, 2028 (inclusive of both dates), with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement by both parties, subject to compliance with Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules and all other applicable laws and regulations.
