Saudi Arabia Implements Largest Oil Price Hike for Asian Market Since 2022

According to pricing documents, Saudi Aramco has raised the official selling price of its Arab Light crude for April delivery to Asia by the largest margin since August 2022. The new price is set at a premium of $2.50 per barrel over the Oman/Dubai crude average, compared to March when the price was on par with the Oman/Dubai average, and February when it was at a $0.30 per barrel premium.

Additionally, Saudi Arabia set the official selling price for Arab Light crude exported to Northwest Europe in April at a premium of $2.85 per barrel over the London Brent futures settlement price. For shipments to the United States, the official selling price was fixed at a premium of $4.60 per barrel over the Argus Sour Crude Index.
