Yidu Tech Inc. disclosed that its affiliate, Yidu Cloud (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., has secured the Provincial Coordinated Regional Infectious Disease Monitoring, Warning and Emergency Command Information Platform (Hainan Province Phase II) project. The contract is valued at approximately RMB12.89 million.

According to the filing dated 13 April 2026, the project will expand Hainan’s provincial disease-surveillance infrastructure, reinforcing real-time monitoring, early-warning capabilities and emergency command functions. The mandate underscores Yidu Tech’s strategy of applying proprietary artificial-intelligence solutions to enhance efficiency across China’s healthcare ecosystem—from clinical decision support and precision diagnostics to public-health management.

The award strengthens Yidu Tech’s positioning as a technology partner for government health initiatives and demonstrates continued traction in public-sector digital-health projects. The company’s board is chaired by Executive Director Gong Yingying, with additional executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors named in the announcement.
