CHINA SHENHUA has announced that its Board of Directors received written resignations from Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Yuan Guoqiang and Dr. Chen Hanwen on May 28, 2026. Dr. Yuan Guoqiang and Dr. Chen Hanwen have served as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the company since May 29, 2020. Having completed a continuous tenure of six years by May 28, 2026, and in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, they have applied to resign from their positions as Independent Non-Executive Directors and from their respective roles on the Board's specialized committees. Following their resignations, they will no longer hold any other positions within the company.
