TELECOM DIGIT (06033) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$498 million, a decrease of 7.52% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was HK$3.98 million, down 82.53% compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share of HK$0.01.

The company stated that the decline in profit was primarily due to reduced gross profit and fair value changes in financial assets and derivative financial instruments measured at fair value through profit or loss compared to the previous year. This was partially offset by lower overall employee costs, other operating expenses, financing costs, and income tax expenses.
