OSL GROUP (00863) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial and representative roles.

Mr. Gao Yifeng will replace Ms. Guo Wanfen as the Company Secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative for accepting service of process or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

All these appointments will take effect from July 24, 2026.
