Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 50,902 ordinary shares on Apr, 28 2026 at US$70.1689 per share.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 292,924,628 ordinary shares outstanding, each carrying one voting right.

Jardine Matheson confirmed it holds no treasury shares and reminded investors that the updated share count serves as the denominator for any disclosure calculations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
