CNOOC Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing no changes in share structure.

The aggregate issued share capital remained at 47.53 billion shares, comprising 44.54 billion Hong Kong-listed ordinary shares and 2.99 billion Shanghai-listed RMB shares. No treasury shares were held, repurchased, or cancelled during the month.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or exercised. Accordingly, the number of outstanding shares and voting rights was unchanged.

CNOOC confirmed that the public float of its Hong Kong-listed ordinary shares satisfied the 5% minimum requirement under Hong Kong listing rules as of month-end.

The return was filed on 02 June 2026 and authorised by Joint Company Secretary Xu Yugao.
