IDT INT'L (00167) has announced a series of board changes effective May 18, 2026. Mr. Tiger Charles Chen has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director and a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee. Ms. Wu Guoning has stepped down as a Non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Zhang Yuqi has resigned as a Non-executive Director, Authorized Representative, and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Dr. Lou Zhenye has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of both the Board's Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and the Board's Audit Committee.

Concurrently, Mr. Liu Kun has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and the Company's Chief Executive Officer, also taking on the role of Authorized Representative. Mr. Zhu Guoqiang has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Shen Yuejie has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Li Bo has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.
