Lonking Holdings Limited on 30 April 2026 announced that its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, notice and proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.lonkinggroup.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders may access the documents by selecting “Investor Relations” → “Company Reports” or “SHEK Announcement” on the company site, or by browsing HKExnews. Printed copies are being dispatched to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

In line with the paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules—effective since 31 December 2023—the company has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms.

To ensure timely receipt of these materials, shareholders are requested to provide a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Alternatively, details may be emailed to lonking.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

If a valid email address is not supplied, investors will: 1. Not receive electronic publication alerts; 2. Need to monitor the Lonking and HKExnews websites for new releases; and 3. Continue to receive actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy versions of future communications may elect to do so via the reply form or email. Such an instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt unless revoked.
