The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is provided exclusively in electronic form and can be viewed or downloaded through the same online platforms by navigating to “Investors’ Relation → Corporate Governance”.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefer hard copies of the current or future corporate communications, may submit the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is supplied for local postage-free return; alternatively, requests can be sent via email to 1351-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders electing to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is registered, only printed notices of publication will be issued.
