Keep Executes HKD 0.60 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Cumulative Repurchases to 4.07 Million Shares

Keep Inc. (Keep) disclosed that it repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 13 April 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired for cancellation at prices ranging between HKD 2.93 and HKD 3.04, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.99 per share, bringing the total consideration to HKD 0.60 million.

Following the transaction, Keep’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 509.98 million shares, as the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled by the reporting date. Treasury shares on hand were steady at 300,000.

The latest buyback represents 0.04% of Keep’s outstanding shares. Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 25 June 2025, the company has bought back 4.07 million shares, equivalent to 0.79% of the share count at the time the mandate was granted. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 51.44 million shares.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Keep is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 May 2026.
