HUA HONG GRACE (Stock Code: 01347) saw its gains expand to more than 7%, while GigaDevice advanced nearly 7%. Biren Technology rose over 5%, with Montage Technology and SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) both gaining more than 3%.

Reports indicate that Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) is developing a new AI server chip internally codenamed "Frozen v2." This chip aims to permanently embed parts of the Gemini model architecture into the hardware, potentially offering 6 to 10 times the token processing capability per unit of power consumption, with deployment targeted for 2028.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) analysts believe the recent pullback in memory stocks is an overreaction to outdated negative news. Their latest channel checks reveal that data center memory shortages are intensifying. They forecast memory prices to rise by at least 25% quarter-over-quarter in Q3, exceeding market expectations. The firm asserts that the high-growth cycle driven by AI remains intact and that the current market dip presents a buying opportunity.
