SHENZHEN DOBOT CORP LTD (“DOBOT”) has scheduled a board meeting for 24 August 2026 to review and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on a potential interim dividend recommendation.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Liu Peichao, who serves as Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager. The Board currently comprises three executive directors (Mr. Liu Peichao, Mr. Jiang Yu, Mr. Liu Zhufu), one non-executive director (Mr. Lang Xulin) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Li Yibin, Mr. Ng Jack Ho Wan, Dr. Hou Lingling).
